Plaintiff, SMLL, L.L.C. (the developer), appeals from the trial court's order dismissing its suit against defendants, Richard P. Daly (the attorney), ESM Properties, LL.C. (the contactor), and Peak National Bank (the bank), and from the trial court's additional order granting summary judgment for the bank. We dismiss the appeal with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction.
