Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Rohl, J.), rendered April 13, 1989, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant failed to raise any objection to the adequacy of his plea allocution in the court of first instance, and, accordingly, has not preserved his claims for appellate review (see, People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636; People v Nicastro, 114 AD2d 979).
