Plaintiff has instituted this action against Local No. 24 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the International President (IP) of the IBEW under the provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), also known as the Landrum-Griffin Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 411 et seq. Plaintiff alleges that certain acts by the defendants have violated his rights 1 under the “Bill of Rights” of the LMRDA, 2 and he desires to be reinstated as a member in good standing of Local No. 24, “ . . .to all the rights and privileges of…
