BRADY, Justice.

This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Leflore County, Mississippi, wherein the appellant was convicted on the charge of armed robbery and was sentenced to a term of twenty-five years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary. From that judgment this appeal is taken.

On the night of February 12, 1969, at approximately 8:00 o’clock, three Negroes, hooded with ski masks, entered Malouf Music Company in Greenwood, Mississippi, armed with a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun, a 30 calibre rifle and a 45 calibre automatic pistol, and robbed the company of approximately $14,000.
