• The defendants below complain in this Court as appellants of a judgment entered by the district court of Bernalillo County against' them in favor of plaintiff consisting of an item of $970 with stated interest, as the balance due on a certain installment note and for another item of $150 as the balance due on a certain check described in the judgment. The obligations sued upon were given in connection with an F. H. A.
