11Troy L. Randolph (“Defendant”) appeals his- convictions for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana,1 possession with the intent to distribute heroin,2 possession with the intent to distribute cocaine,3 and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.4 Defendant also appeals his sentence for possession with the intent to distribute heroin as indeterminate.
