In this suit in equity instituted in the Circuit Court of Harrison County on May 7, 1953, the plaintiffs A. Page Lockard and Lloyd D. Griffin seek to enjoin the defendants J. Frank Wiseman and Loretta G. McCracken from inter fering with the plaintiffs in the discharge of their duties respectively as manager and clerk of the City of Clarks-burg. .
