The plaintiff appeals from a final decree 2 3 dismissing its bill, brought under G. L. c. 149, § 29, as amended through St. 1964, c. 609, §§ 4-5, to collect a balance alleged to be due under a subcontract with the defendant Coleman Bros. Corporation (Coleman), the general contractor, whereby the plaintiff agreed to supply all labor and materials in building a sewer connector tunnel in accordance with specifications furnished by the Metropolitan District Commission (M.D.C.).
