In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), entered December 11, 2012, which, upon a decision of the same court dated November 19, 2012, made after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the plaintiff and against them in the principal sum of $63,131.38, plus interest at the statutory rate from April 22, 2009, and the plaintiff cross-appeals, on the ground of inadequacy, from the same judgment.
