1. Introduction. This matter is before the court on an order following a judgment for the plaintiff in the underlying case in the amount of $500,000.

2. Background. Following the judgment, the plaintiff initiated collection activities and obtained an order from the court directing the defendant to appear for examination and to produce documents. The defendant failed to appear and the plaintiff filed a complaint for civil contempt. On June 14, 2004 both parties appeared in court on the plaintiffs motion to reschedule the trial of ■ contempt.
