This is a suit by á servant against his master to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused hy negligence of the mas*50ter. The answer in addition to a general denial contains pleas of assumed risk and contributory negligence. Plaintiff recovered a judgment in the circuit court and the cause is here on the appeal of defendant.
