Lee D. Redenbach, Jr. (Redenbach) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County (trial court) denying his appeal from the suspension of his operator’s license. We affirm.
The interesting and unusual facts of this case are as follows. On May 21, 2001, the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (Department) mailed to Redenbach five “Additional Notice[s]” of suspension of operating privileges.
