Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 28, 2012, which, among other things, denied claimant’s application to reopen a prior decision.
On June 13, 2008, the Department of Labor issued an initial determination which, among other things, found that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits for various time periods and charged him with a recoverable overpayment of $37,867.50.
