JONES, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from a sentence of 20 years imprisonment after a plea of guilty was entered by Kenneth Lee Baker to the charge of rape in the first degree filed against him in the Superior Court of Garfield County.
Two propositions are presented: 1. The court erred in refusing to allow the defendant to withdraw his plea of guilty and substitute a plea of not guilty. 2. The sentence was excessive. These assignments of error will be considered together.
