THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence Based on Spoliation or Incompleteness, filed June 26, 2012 (Doc. 75)(“Motion to Suppress”). The Court held an evidentiary hearing on September 19, 2012.
