This is an appeal from the judgment of the Appellate Court for the Second District affirming a decree of the circuit court of Kane county.
Appellee, James J. Ruddy, filed his bill against appellant to enforce a mechanic’s lien. Early in the year 1904 appellant began the erection of a dwelling house according to plans and specifications drawn by architects employed by him. The contract for the plumbing and the installation of the heating apparatus, with the exception of the boiler, was let separately upon written bids.
