The information in this case contained eight counts. In each count the appellant was charged with the crime of abortion. (Pen. Code, § 274.)1 It was also alleged that the appellant had been previously convicted of felonies as follows: in 1934, of abortion; in 1946, of abortion and murder; in 1946, of abortion.
