Hoy debemos resolver si una persona favorecida por una sentencia judicial que le compensa económicamente al am-paro de la Ley Núm. 100, infra, por haber sufrido discri-men en el empleo, puede transar con su antiguo patrono por una cantidad inferior sin el aval de su excónyuge y, en el proceso, afectar partidas que se reputan gananciales.
El Tribunal de Apelaciones resolvió que la beneficiaría de la sentencia judicial tenía que contar con el consenti-miento de su excónyuge, coadministrador de la comunidad de bienes surgida…
