Appellants, all previously convicted of offenses arising from a major drug conspiracy, appeal from the District Court’s denial of their motions for a new trial. They assign as error the District Court’s denial of discovery motions directed toward the personnel files of officers who participated in the investigation and/or trial of the cases against them.
