The 8,000-square-foot dream home of Roger and Linda Hooper, and the lawsuit that arose out of the construction of the house, became a nightmare for them, as well as for the builder of the house, Bobby Smallwood, individually and d/b/a Bobby Smallwood Construction Company, Inc., and concrete subcontractor, Robert Skinner.
