Goedeker v. Peter Kiewit Sons' Co.

Bernard Goedeker, doing business as Nebraska Custom Kitchens Company, brought this action, which is in the nature of a declaratory judgment suit, in the district court for Douglas County against Peter Kiewit Sons’ Company, a corporation.
