FLANIGAN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Ray Strunk brought this action against defendants Commercial Plastics Company, Inc., a Missouri corporation, and First National Bank, Republic, Missouri, a national bank, seeking to enforce a judgment lien against an undivided ½ interest in certain real estate located in Greene County. This interest will be referred to *780as “the land.” The trial court sustained defendants’ motion for summary judgment and entered judgment in their favor. Plaintiff appeals.
