Reversing.

Appellant, Kentucky Wagon Manufacturing ■ Company, has on its premises a water tower consisting of a steel structure sixty-three feet high, on top of which is situated a tank sixteen feet high. The steel structure consists of twelve perpendicular posts of standard steel, six and one-half inches in diameter, set in the form of a maltese cross. Of these posts, the inside four are seven feet apart. To the rear of these and fourteen feet therefrom, the other eight posts are set. The whole trestle is built on concrete piers sunk in…
