This matter comes before the Court on Defendant, Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis’ (Archdiocese), motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff, Ruth Ann Guinan’s (Guinan), claims that the Archdiocese violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and her contractual rights under Indiana law by failing to renew her teaching contract.
