Decision on Debtor’s Motion to Reopen Case to Determine Dischargeability of Debt

Juan Gomez, the debtor herein, filed a Chapter 7 petition on April 18, 1996. On August 20, 1996, the debtor received a discharge. On September 10,1996, the debtor’s Chapter 7 case was closed. The debtor now seeks an Order reopening the case for “cause”, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. See. 350(b), for the purpose of commencing an adversary proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C.
