The appellant, Mrs. Lessie Tanner Pierce, filed a divorce suit against her husband, Jim Pierce, in which she charged her husband with cruel and inhuman treatment toward the appellant. She also charged *301that she and her husband had accumulated one hundred and four thousand dollars ($104,000.00) in cash and a home and other real estate. She alleged that she was entitled to a one-half (i/i) interest in the money, real estate and other personal property held in the name of her husband.
