In this case the Chancellor allowed compensation to Dale F. Mathes, the employee of Blue Ridge Class Corporation, under our Workmen’s Compensation statute and the Blue Ridge Glass Corporation has appealed and assigned several errors.

The first question to be considered is the statute of limitations. The injury to the employee occurred on or about July 12, 1957; the petition for compensation was filed on February 11, 1959'.
