This is a motion to vacate a judgment of conviction and the sentence imposed thereunder and also for an *859order directing the production of the defendant in this court upon the argument of the motion.
The defendant, Michael Salatte, was convicted in this court, on the 30th day of June, 1939, on his plea of guilty to an indictment charging him with the crime of assault in the first degree.
