Order made pursuant to article 9 of the General Corporation Law, directing all interested persons to show cause why United Kitchen Equipment Co., Inc., should not be dissolved and appointing a temporary receiver and enjoining creditors from prosecuting any action against the corporation modified by eliminating the provisions with respect to the receiver and the injunction and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Under section 110 of the General Corporation Law, .a temporary receiver of the property of the corporation may be appointed only when it appears that the corporation is insolvent.…
