MOISE, Justice.
R. C. Grayson, alleging himself to be the owner of Lot 12 of Fractional Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 16 West, less and except that portion of the same lying and being situated North and West of Grand Cane Bayou, and Lot 2 of Fractional Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 16 West, sought injunctive relief and damages in the sum of $5,000 for an alleged trespass to his property by the construction of a roadway.
