—Judgment modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: In March 1994 defendant Sphere Drake Insurance Company, PLC (Sphere Drake), agreed to provide plaintiff, Crouse West Holding Corp., doing business as Feagans Pub (Crouse), with commercial general liability and liquor liability coverage under separate policies of insurance and issued a single insurance binder for both policies.
