I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on the defendant’s motion to transfer. Plaintiffs Mark Levy, Marc Bruh, and Elliot Scheier are respective shareholders of Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc., VistaCare, Inc., and AdvancePCS (now Caremark Rx, Inc.).
