BRADLEY, Judge.

This appeal is from a habeas corpus proceeding in the Circuit Court of Morgan County.

The appellant filed a petition for the writ of habeas corpus in the Morgan County Circuit Court seeking to recover possession of two infants, the permanent custody of whom had been awarded to him by the Cobb County, Georgia Juvenile Court.
