The trial court held that the cause of action asserted by appellant, as plaintiff, was shown in the latter's pleading to be barred by the two-year statute of limitation. That holding raises the only question presented in ithe appeal. We will state the. case alleged:

John A. Cook and Thomas Cook were brothers, who with their invalid mother resided in the home of John A. Cook, in Cook county, Ill.
