Plaintiff Barbara Mattera brings this proposed class action against defendants Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (“CCC”) and Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. (“CCB”) (together, “Defendants”), alleging that Defendants made and continue to make unauthorized deductions from the wages of sales *72representatives for the New York radio stations that Defendants own and operate, in violation of the New York Labor Law.
