Jose Juan Nunez (defendant) appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 2 for the District of Nebraska upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The district court sentenced defendant to 210 months imprisonment, five years supervised release, and special assessments totaling $600.00. United States v. Nunez, No. 4:98CR3076 (D.Neb.
