Appeal from an order of the superior court for King county, Frater, J., entered December 22, 1908, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, adjudging the defendant guilty of contempt and .committing him to jail for failure to pay alimony awarded by a decree of divorce, after a trial on the merits before the court.

On the 2d day of December, 1907, a decree of divorce was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the above entitled action. By the terms of that decree there was awarded to the plaintiff three lots in the city of Seattle, the household goods and furniture belonging to the community, a promissory note of $1,800 secured by mortgage, and $50 per month alimony, payable on the first day of each and every month, commencing with the month of December, 1907.
