Plaintiffs are resident property owners in Midway Subdivision, which was formerly located in the township of Lansing, hut now is a part of the city of Lansing as a result of ah annexation, effective November 14, 1950. Several subdivisions referred to in the record as Midway Subdivision were platted at various times, and in each instance the highways and streets were dedicated to the use of the public.
