On this case three questions have arisen: 1. Whether the sloop Nancy violated her neutrality by receiving the paper described in the case as a'pass-port, found on board at the time of her capture ? 2. Whether the voyage was illegal, and in contravention of the laws of the United States 1 3. Whether the concealment of material circumstances would avoid the policy ?
