_JjThis appeal arises from the alleged legal malpractice of the defendant. The plaintiff settled his underlying lawsuit involving child support for $8,000 and then filed suit against the defendant and her insurer for legal malpractice. The defendants filed a motion for summary judgment, which the trial court granted. We find that Mr. Saussy failed to provide factual support sufficient to show that he could meet his burden of proof as to his alleged loss at trial.
