Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Williams, J.), entered April 6, 2004 in Saratoga County, which, inter alia, partially denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries he sustained during the course of his employment with the National Service Cleaning Corporation (hereinafter NSC) when he fell on property operated by defendant.
