Per Curiam :

Jerry Ford was indicted in the criminal court of Cook county for carrying a concealed weapon. He pleaded not guilty and waived a trial by jury. The court found him guilty and, after the denial of motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment, sentenced him to three months’ imprisonment in the house of correction of the city of Chicago and fined him $300 and costs. Charging the violation of his constitutional - rights, Ford prosecutes this writ of error.

Prior to the commencement of the trial, the plaintiff in error made a motion to suppress the evidence relating .to a revolver…
