OPINION
GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:
In this Mississippi diversity case, appellant-plaintiff Jim Clark appeals the district court’s judgment, 607 F.Supp. 63, following a bench trial, that Clark recover nothing from appellee-defendant Aetna Casualty & Surety Company on its insurance policy issued to Clark, because he had made material misrepresentations to Aetna during its investigation subsequent to the fire that destroyed Clark’s insured farm equipment.
