MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Request for Payment of Administrative Expense of Wild Wings, Inc. (hereafter “Wild Wings”). In response, John J. Hunter, Trustee (hereafter “Trustee”), believing the matter to be unusual, requested a Hearing. At the Hearing, the parties were afforded the opportunity to present evidence and arguments they wished the Court to consider in reaching its decision.
