This is an action by a judgment creditor in aid of execution to compel discovery of property belonging to the judgment debtor, and to produce satisfaction of plaintiff’s judgment. (Civ. Prac. Act, § 1189.) Damages for fraud based on the concealment of assets are also sought. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendants after a trial of the issues.
