STAKELY, Justice.

The question for decision is whether the increase in the assessments of ad valorem taxes in this case is violative of the constitutional principal of uniformity of taxation. Nora Alice Adkins and three other taxpayers of Jefferson County seek by a bill in equity to enjoin the board of equalization, the tax assessor and the tax collector from making an alleged illegal increase in the assessment of taxes.
