Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Kane, J.), entered May 10, 1998 in Sullivan County, which, inter alia, granted respondent’s motion to vacate a prior order of the court.

In August 1991, Supreme Court appointed petitioners as co-conservators of the person and property of Max Rubenstein (hereinafter Rubenstein); petitioner Beatrice Rubenstein was Rubenstein’s spouse and petitioner Arthur Felix was his stepson.
