This is an action brought by Lula L. Scott, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, George W. Scott, to recover damages resulting from the death of said George W. Scott, caused by the alleged negligence of the defendant, St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railway Company.
