Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Caruso, J.), entered February 2, 2000 in Schenectady County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiffs commenced this action to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff Jo Ann La Duke (hereinafter plaintiff) on March 6, 1996 when she slipped and fell while walking down a ramp in the Omni Hotel parking garage in the City of Albany.
