Judgments, Supreme Court, New York County (Carol Berk-man, J.), rendered July 29, 2002, convicting each defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree (three counts), robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (three counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees, and sentencing each defendant to an aggregate term of 120 years to life, and order, same court and Justice, entered on or about March 25, 2005, which denied defendant Salley’s CPL 440.10 motion to vacate the judgment, unanimously affirmed.
